The Boomer Bounce
Healthy living at any age.
About Me
My name is Michael. I’m a Graduate of the Duke IM Integrative Health Coach Professional Training Program. Through this blog, I invite you to join me in exploring topics related to health and wellness, longevity protocols, diet, exercise, Integrative Health Coaching, and, of course, aging.
I’m a Baby Boomer, born in the 1950s and raised in a small town southeast of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My academic path took me to a small liberal arts college in southeastern Ohio, followed by a move to Florida after graduation.
Today, I live in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina with my wife of over 36 years, our senior rescue dogs Zoey and Murphy, several feral cats that I regularly feed, and a host of wildlife—raccoons, opossums, deer, turkeys, and black bears—that visit our backyard. Our adult son lives nearby so we get to see him a lot which makes us happy.
